What we do need is someone who knows how to talk to customers, uncover needs, and close sales.

Position Overview

We’re looking for a motivated, customer-focused Sales Representative who enjoys closing deals and building customer relationships.

As a Sales Representative, you are the first point of contact for new and returning customers, contractors, and property managers. You’ll help customers choose the right glass solution and you will know you’re succeeding when calls turn into booked jobs, customers thank you for making it easy, and your earnings grow with your performance.

You will:

  • Answer incoming calls and emails in a professional, friendly, and confident manner
  • Listen to customer needs and recommend the best glass products and services
  • Prepare quotes and convert inquiries into booked jobs
  • Identify additional services that may benefit the customer
  • Complete work orders, return calls, and respond to customer inquiries
  • Keep accurate records in our system
  • Participate in ongoing coaching, training, and team collaboration
  • See your efforts pay off as calls turn into booked jobs, and happy customers thank you for making their day easier

Education & Experience

  • Sales, call-center, or customer-facing experience required
  • No glass experience needed — we provide full training
  • Comfortable using computers and POS systems
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Leadership or account management experience is an asset
  • Self-motivated, eager to learn, and ready to embrace new challenges
  • Outgoing, friendly personality with a desire to help people
